Easy spring recipe to make during social distancing

Spring Fudge


  • 12 oz bag of chocolate chips

  • 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 ½ cup marshmallows

  • 10 oz bag of mini candy coated chocolate eggs, should measure out to about 1 ⅓ cups

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla (optional)


In a microwave-safe bowl, add chocolate chips, then pour sweetened condensed milk over them. Microwave for 2 ½ to 3 minutes.

Stir the melted chocolate and condensed milk until smooth.

Add marshmallows into the mixture and stir until evenly distributed. The marshmallows will puff up slightly because the chocolate mixture is hot. Don’t over mix or else the marshmallows will dissolve.

Line an 8x8 inch pan with wax or parchment paper. Place half of the mini chocolate eggs at the bottom of the pan.

Pour fudge mixture over the top and smooth out, then pour the rest of the chocolate eggs on top.

Chill until the mixture sets (about 30-45 minutes) then cut into pieces.
