Youtube workouts substitute gym visits

Boho Beautiful

 

If you do not have enough time to go to the gym or want to spend the money every month, YouTube workouts are the answer. YouTube workouts are as hard as you make them and can help shed pounds, build muscle or maintain your current weight. These are some of my favorite YouTube workout channels.

 

Boho Beautiful

Boho Beautiful workouts center around yoga for weight loss, toning, relaxation and increasing flexibility. The instructor has videos for beginners and advanced watchers to ensure you are completing the best workout for your body. Along with the many workout videos she has clean eating, vacation and meditation videos. I personally like this workout when I am sore because with the yoga incorporated into every workout, it feels good to stretch. I could also see fast improvements in my flexibility. Chloe Ting

Chloe Ting channels included intense workouts and training videos for every muscle in the body. One of my favorite videos is the one called Intense Abs Workout because it shows obvious improvement in the stomach area. She has many hard workout videos as well as her current eating habits and diets to stay in shape. View the channel here.

 

Danielle Peazer

Danielle Peazer’s videos focus around muscle toning and burning fat while dancing. She is a famous dancer, so she incorporates some of her moves into workout videos to try to make working out as fun as possible. I enjoy doing her workout videos because I burn a lot of calories while having fun. The one thing I do not like about some of her workout videos is she includes clips from previous videos. Along with Ting, she also has videos of what she eats in a day to stay in shape. View the channel here.

 

Popsugar Fitness

This is my favorite workout channel because of all the different choices and workouts. There is a different “head person” leading the workout while two Popsugar employees are doing the workout behind them. The head person usually runs a gym or is a celebrity trainer, so they incorporate the moves and routines from that. I also like the Popsugar videos because there is always one of the two employees doing a beginner version of the move. Their channel features 900 plus videos that ensures there is a workout for everyone. View the channel here.
