Shaking it up


Protein shakes and smoothies are a great way to start the morning or satisfy your hunger as an after school snack. Here are two recipes you will not be able to say no to.

Cinnamon Roll

1 cup of almond milk

1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 scoop of protein powder

2 cups of crushed ice

After adding all the ingredients into a blender, blend until smooth. One moderation you can make is to add peanut butter to make it thicker and more of a smoothie bowl then an actual smoothie.
