“I wanted to get a summer job at Crow Valley Golf Club, and ended up getting a full time job as a hostess,” Caitlyn Harris said.
Harris, junior, wanted a job to earn money and gain experience.
“I’m so glad they asked me to be a hostess,” Harris said.
Grace Erpelding, junior, also works at Crow Valley Golf Club as a lifeguard.
“I’ve always been interested in medical stuff, which kind of goes along with CPR, and I wanted a summer job,” Erpelding said.
Erpelding recommends lifeguarding at Crow because the hours are flexible for busy schedules.
Tayler Andersen works at Hand and Hand and Hope’s Bridal.
“At Hand and Hand I’m a caregiver and hangout with teenagers and children with disabilities. I started working at Hope’s Bridal in their prom department and got promoted to their bridal department, so now I work both,” Andersen said.
Andersen recommends getting a job, but to still maintain focus on school.
