Students all across the Quad-City area think adding more AP course options to school curriculum is a change that needs to be made. It's very common for high school students to partake in AP classes, so many students would like a wider variety of AP classes they can choose from.
“We need more AP classes to choose from because not only do we get college credit for taking them, but we are also paying an extremely lower price for a college level class,” said Bettendorf High School student Tayler Anderson.
“Having more AP options would be nice because although they are difficult classes it is worth it because we get college credits, “ said BHS student Emma Stevenson.
Anderson and Stevenson, along with many other students, believe adding new AP classes would give them the opportunity to challenge themselves further while also saving them money.
